      Can I see this watch in person first?

      Yes. Our Amstelveen showroom is open by appointment. Let us know which watch you would like to see when you book, and we will have it ready for you. Every appointment is free of obligation.

      Do I get a warranty on this watch?

      Yes. If the watch still has active manufacturer’s warranty, you benefit from it in full. If it has expired, Xelor provides a 12-month warranty. The warranty covers the movement, not the case, crystal or strap.

      How will my watch be shipped?

      Shipping through our webshop is always free, fully insured and with track & trace. We ship with FedEx and DHL, within and outside Europe. Collection at the showroom is possible too, by appointment.

      How can I pay, and can I trade in?

      Online you can pay with iDEAL, Wero, credit card or bank transfer. In the showroom debit card as well. Trading in against a watch from our collection is possible — tell us which watch you own when you book and we will calculate the difference transparently.
