What does the warranty on my watch include?
When purchasing the watch, you will be extensively informed about the functioning, operation and maintenance of your watch. Xelor Watches at least 1 year warranty. The warranty applies to the timepiece, not the case, glass and / or strap. The manufacturer will indicate that the warranty covers any manufacturing defects. Defects and / or damage caused by the carrier are not covered by these warranty conditions.
When do I change the date on my watch?
We advise not to change the date between 22:00 and 02:00. At that point, the date disc is in mechanical operation. If you disrupt that process by setting the date yourself, there is a great risk that parts will be damaged or even broken.
