We give a one-year warranty on all timepieces from the date on the sales receipt and / or any manufacturer’s warranty that is still in force. This guarantee does not apply to water resistance, crowns and snaps, glass, straps and closures. Damage due to improper use, damage caused by the owner or third parties are also excluded from this warranty.
Return policy Internet purchases
A return policy of 7 days applies to all internet purchases.
You are responsible for safe returns and shipping costs.
Returned items must be in the exact same condition as shipped by us.
The original purchase invoice and any other enclosed items should not be missing.
The purchase amount will be returned as soon as we have received the item in the condition as stated above. We will return the purchase amount via the method of your payment.
If you have purchased through the web shop, it may take a few days before you actually receive the payment back.
Please let us know before you return an item, so that we can track your return.
The right of return only applies to purchases within the EU.
