Every watch XELOR Watches sells has been verified for authenticity. No sampling, no assumptions — every Rolex, Patek Philippe or Audemars Piguet that leaves our showroom has been assessed by our own watchmaker.
How we verify authenticity
Our watchmaker opens and inspects the movement, checks reference and serial numbers against the papers, and assesses case, dial and bracelet for originality. For Rolex we also verify the warranty card and the country code — read how those country codes work here. If parts do not match or something has been replaced with non-original material, the watch does not enter our collection.
What you receive
Every watch comes with the box and papers as listed on the product page, plus our own warranty. As a Chrono24 Trusted Seller (since 2020) we are continuously reviewed by thousands of customers — that reputation is our most valuable asset, and we defend it with every watch we sell and buy.
The same standard when we buy
We apply the same checks to watches we buy. That is why we always ask for photos of the warranty card, and why our buyer personally inspects every watch at the showroom before the purchase is final.
